Alex serves as a Director for Aspire CRE and is responsible for serving clients with various real estate needs across the Greater Houston region. Alex has a unique background in successfully developing, owning, and operating flex or industrial and retail properties in Houston, Katy, and Cypress.
Alex leverages his deep leasing, operational, construction, and management experience to provide superior service to Aspire CRE clients. Alex has a hands-on approach, employs an ownership mentality, and is skilled at providing in-depth market data to guide the decision-making process of those he serves.
Education
Alex graduated from Hannibal Lagrange College with a BBA. Alex also graduated from the Chinese Language Program at Xiamen University in Xiamen, China.
