About Benjamin Nicknish

Ben specializes in retail brokerage at Aspire CRE, where he helps support retail landlords in their leasing and sales efforts across the Houston Market. Ben got his start working at leading real estate companies, including Greystar and Midway, which provided early exposure to CRE transactions, operations, and client service. He holds a degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus in finance and real estate from Texas A&M University.

Driven, personable, and persistent, Ben is energized by commercial real estate’s intersection of people, finance, and opportunity. Ben is especially passionate about building and maintaining long-term relationships that deliver an outsized impact for Aspire clients.

Ben gives back by volunteering with B.E.A.R. (Be A Resource) and the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Outside the office, you’ll likely find him hunting or fishing at his ranch, logging miles on hiking trails when he travels, skiing or golfing.
