About Beth Klein

Beth serves as Assistant Property Manager for the Chasewood Buildings at Aspire CRE, bringing decades of experience with the properties she supports. She spent 30 years with Transwestern across several projects, ultimately landing at Chasewood, and was previously an Admin Assistant there before her current role. She went on to spend almost six years at Karya, deepening her expertise in tenant relations and building operations.

Beth has been in commercial real estate since her twenties, and over the years has developed a strong foundation in customer service, forming lasting friendships and bonds with tenants along the way. She enjoys the people-focused side of the business as much as the numbers, and participates actively in the accounting side of property management.

Beth's approach centers on listening closely to tenants and responding with patience, understanding, and quick turnaround so they're never left waiting for an answer. Outside of work, she enjoys playing board games and outdoor games with her family, doing crafts like painting and sewing, and spending time shopping or dining out with friends and family. She also volunteers with a women's program at her church.

Beth speaks fondly of the long-standing team at Chasewood, describing the bond they've built over the years as feeling like a work family.
