About Heather McGullam

Heather oversees the Nitya Capital-owned Houston office portfolio at Aspire CRE, managing operations at One Westchase Center. She has been in property management since 2011, starting in residential before moving into retail with a small owner/developer firm in 2014. In 2016, she transitioned into commercial office management and worked her way up from Property Admin to Senior Property Manager over the course of a decade, with additional retail management experience along the way.

Heather was named the 2019 Houston BOMA Assistant Property Manager of the Year and is a Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (BOMI-CMCP™). She brings strong expertise in customer service, capital project management, and accounting. She has been an active member of Houston BOMA since 2016, serving as committee chair for both the Professional Development & Education committee and the Community Outreach committee, where she has helped lead fundraising and support efforts for local charitable organizations, including 419 Emancipation, a Houston-area shelter for the unhoused.

Heather is drawn to the fast pace and variety of commercial real estate, enjoying the opportunity to take charge of issues and find solutions across many projects at once. She's known for being results-driven, honest, and straightforward with tenants and vendors alike.

Outside of work, Heather is an avid gardener with an extensive indoor plant collection and is mom to four daughters who keep her busy. She loves live music and will travel to see her favorite bands, and she and her husband enjoy exploring Houston's diverse restaurant scene as self-proclaimed foodies.
