About Jared Starnes

Jared joined Aspire CRE in 2025 as an Analyst. In his role, he works alongside Aspire agents to deliver exceptional client service, focusing on market analysis and transaction support across the Greater Houston region. His expertise in client relationship building and market research helps drive value for Aspire CRE clients through comprehensive market insights and detailed analysis.

Prior to joining Aspire CRE, Jared demonstrated early success at New Western as a disposition agent, where he focused distressed residential property sales. This experience honed his skills in client relationship management and strategic negotiation, providing a strong foundation for his transition into commercial real estate.

Jared earned his BBA in Business Marketing and Management and holds an active real estate license in the state of Texas. His approach to client service is characterized by his commitment to understanding each client’s unique perspective and needs, allowing him to provide tailored solutions and build lasting professional relationships.

Outside of work, Jared is actively involved with the Foundry Church and pursues his interests in hunting and coin collecting.
