About Marlon Estrada

Marlon brings over 20 years of experience as a building engineer to his role at Aspire CRE. Over the course of his career, he has overseen construction projects and building start-ups, and has hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), the Energy Star Portfolio, and property management. He has also supervised engineering team members and contractors, bringing a strong track record of leadership on top of his technical expertise.

Prior to joining Aspire CRE, Marlon worked with the Transwestern team and at Karya, where he gained hands-on experience with chilled water-cooled systems, Scud A/C units, fan powered boxes (FPB), pneumatic systems, air-cooled systems, and cooling towers. He also worked in maintenance at apartment complexes, where he built the foundation of experience that has shaped his career. He holds an HVAC certification and a Maintenance Electrician license.

Marlon's expertise spans a wide range of maintenance disciplines, and he brings a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve the varied problems and situations that come with building operations.
