About Miguel Hernandez

Miguel specializes in industrial tenant representation brokerage at Aspire CRE. He previously worked as a residential real estate agent, earning his Sales Agent License through the Champions School of Real Estate before transitioning into commercial real estate. He holds a Texas real estate license and is currently working toward a BBA in Finance at the University of Houston-Downtown, where he serves as Corporate Relations Director for the Financial Management Association.

Miguel plans to specialize in the West Houston area. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings a genuine people-first approach to his work. He was drawn to commercial real estate by how relationship-driven the business is, and he’s passionate about helping business owners make informed real estate decisions that help their companies grow. As a young broker, he brings a tech-savvy, highly responsive approach to client service, and his ongoing finance studies continue to sharpen his skills in financial analysis.

Outside of work, Miguel enjoys riding horses and ranching.
