About Naomy Valeriano

Naomy serves as Assistant Property Manager at One Westchase Center and Transaction Coordinator at Aspire CRE. She previously spent 3 years at KPM, working her way up from Property Admin to Assistant Property Manager, and served as Leasing Manager in multi-family at Sequoia Equities.

Naomy holds a Texas Real Estate License and brings valuable experience from the multi-family sector to her work in commercial property management. She is a member of BOMA (Houston Building Owners & Managers Association). After starting her career in multi-family, she found her footing in commercial office management and knew right away she wanted to stay in the industry for the long haul.

Outside of work, Naomy enjoys weightlifting at the gym.
