About Ralph Mangus

Ralph serves as Chief Engineer at One Westchase, overseeing the construction and maintenance of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. He previously served as Chief Engineer at 2200 West Loop South, where he played a key role in a major chiller replacement project.

Ralph holds a 1st Grade Stationary Engineer’s License and a Maintenance Electrician’s License. He was recognized with an Out of the Box Award for keeping a building running on makeshift cooling when its cooling tower gearbox failed and was out of service for a week. He brings strong expertise in client relations as they relate to building operations.
