About Sherry Thomas

Sherry manages the day-to-day operations for Park Central Plaza and Norfolk Tower at Aspire CRE, maintaining open lines of communication with ownership, tenants, vendors, and her team. She was previously Property Manager for both properties at Karya Property Management, where she was honored as Property Manager of the Year.

Sherry holds the SFR certification from the National Association of Realtors and pursues continuing education through EasyLMS, regularly completing modules and assessments to stay current in her field. She also attends the BOMA Expo annually to keep pace with new technology and innovations in the industry, and continues to read industry-leading material to stay informed.

Sherry brings excellent planning, organization, communication, and follow-up skills to her role, along with strong decision-making ability and a talent for motivating others and relating well to diverse personalities. She is drawn to the ever-changing nature of commercial real estate and takes pride in solving each day's challenges by putting the right systems and processes in place. Her approach centers on close attention to detail, ensuring small issues are addressed before they can grow into bigger ones.

Outside of work, Sherry is passionate about connecting with people, engaging in door-to-door ministry work to share a message of hope with her community.
