About Yolanda Kutac

Yolanda joined Aspire CRE bringing more than 20 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate. At Aspire, she focuses on property management for Chasewood Technology Park, emphasizing efficient building operations, tenant satisfaction, and strong support for ownership, drawing on her deep experience in tenant relations, vendor coordination, and property presentation.

Over her career, Yolanda has managed more than 800,000 square feet of commercial and retail properties across Texas and several other states, with particular expertise in large-scale, Class A portfolios. She began her career as a commercial real estate administrator, an early role that introduced her to the industry and laid the foundation for her long-term career in property management. She specializes in the Northwest Houston area extending toward the Energy Corridor, with deep insight into tenant expectations and building operations in competitive submarkets.

Yolanda is known for proactive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. She believes successful property management is built on trust, responsiveness, and attention to detail, and she takes pride in leading high-performing teams and delivering service that exceeds expectations.

Outside of work, Yolanda is actively involved in her son’s high school community, serving as a Board Member as a Sports Representative Coordinator, and Scholarship Essay Reader for the Athletic Booster Club, while also participating as an active PTO member. Family is at the center of her life, and she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, whether she's cheering on her son from the baseball stands, shopping and decorating with her daughter, or enjoying outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting. A loyal Houston sports fan, she'll be found cheering on the Astros and Texans throughout their seasons.
